SONAX CutMax is an odorless, silicone-free cutting compound that has a long buffing cycle, resists dusting, and is easy to remove. SONAX CutMax Cutting Compound will remove 1,000 grit sanding marks on fresh paint and will finish with a gloss level of 3 on a scale of 1-6.

SONAX CutMax Cutting Compound is designed for use in removing up to 1,000 grit sanding marks on fresh paint. SONAX CutMax removes sanding marks with just a few passes, enabling you to dedicate more time to create a flawless finish with the polishing step. SONAX CutMax is easy to wipe off, even in climates with high humidity.

SONAX CutMax Cutting Compound can be applied with a rotary or dual action polisher. Depending on the level of cut you desire, it is recommended you use a foam or wool pad. SONAX CutMax will impress you with its long buffing cycle and easy wipe off.

After you remove all the sanding marks or imperfections in the paint, follow with SONAX Perfect Finish or EX 04-06 to create a mirror finish.
