We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding tools.  Please contact us through the Contact Us page if you would like to return an item. 

We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase

Tool Returns & Service

KC Auto Car Care does not accept the return of any tool, machine, or item shipped directly from the manufacturer at this time. Each manufacturer has specific guidelines and processes that need to be followed if they accept returns or need to service your tool. Please contact us if you need service on your detailing tool.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

We request that you contact us before you ship us back any incorrect or damaged items. We will give you the option of a refund, credit towards a future purchase, or to have the correct item shipped to you at no additional charge.
